Stellar Production is an independent film and television production company based in Istanbul.

Stellar Production partners with international co-producers on global projects as well as providing consultancy to international producers working in Turkey, including location scouting, line production and post-production services.

Stellar Production was founded by Inci Gulen Oarr, best known as the producer of the international hit drama series ELIF, which ran for five seasons. 

Mrs.Oarr has over 20 years experience in film and television production and distribution.

Stellar Production’s goal is to bring Turkish Tv Series to global audiences with the best filmmaking opportunities.
